Located in the Santa Margarita area of Roses, this house is situated on one of the canals in a large marina complex which allows direct access to the sea. (renting of mooring is available on request). Despite being situated in a calm area, this property is only about 10-15 minutes walk from the local beautiful long sandy beach, which is extremely safe for children. It is and only 2-3 minutes walk from local restaurants of all kinds, bars, supermarkets and many other amenities. Car parking is available on the street directly outside the house.

Terms and Conditions
25% of the total rental price is payable in advance at the time of booking. The reservation will be confirmed only after the 25% deposit has been received. The remaining 75% is paid in cash on the day of arrival. The amounts for the cleaning charge (50 EUR) plus the amount for the linen hire (if this is required) together with the 200 EUR deposit are due IN CASH upon arrival at the apartment. Guests are expected to arrive after15h00 on the first day of the booking and vacate the apartment by 10h00 on the last day. Arrivals or departures outside of these hours can be accommodated out of high season upon request.
