In the heart of a highly sought after tourist and cultural area, the Costa Brava, the Santa Margarita district offers all the shops and activities necessary for an enjoyable stay.

This flat is on the fourth floor of a 6-storey building overlooking the beach of Santa Margarita. The flat is very spacious and sunny but quite cool in summer due to the sea air. It is a perfect location for the beach and also for walking in the area where there are many shops, supermarkets, etc. WiFi access.

There is a free gated car park, common to the whole building, located in front of the entrance of the building, where one car per flat can be parked. In July and August, a garage in the residence for one car is available at no extra cost.

The bed in the main bedroom is queen size and was changed in 2018. The other beds are 90cm wide.

Only one of the two shower rooms has a toilet.

The following items are available in the flat: 8 pillows, duvets/blankets for each bed, tea towels, 2 bath mats, toilet paper, liquid soap, washing-up liquid.

Beautiful rustic style private house on 2 levels overlooking the Bay of Roses. There is a private, kidney shape swimming pool, size 6 m X 3m. Depth 1.5 m to 2m. BBQ., private garage. Aircon (hot and cold) in every bedroom and living room area. There are 42 steps from the road to the front door. Not apt for persons with mobility problems.

LINEN AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE. Sheets at 5€ and towels (2 per person) at 5€ per person on request before arrival or bring your own.

This house is suitable for a large family as there are 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. There are different areas to enjoy. There are another 42 steps that go up into the hills above the house. The views are spectacular over the bay of Roses and guests can enjoy the arrival of the local fishing boats in the early evening. Only 5 minutes drive down to the centre of Roses or the other bays of Canyelles Petites and Almadrava.

Guests have full use of interior and exterior of the house and pool area.
