Fully equipped kitchenette with 2 electric rings and a small fridge under the work surface. TV with Spanish and French channels. Sheets at 5€ and towels (2 per person) at 5€ per person on request before arrival or bring your own. Security alarm optional at 20€.

There is one room for sleeping, eating and cooking. Remember this lack of privacy when booking. The single bed is smaller than a normal single bed and the mattress is thinner. It is only suitable for a young child NOT an adult.

There are communal swimming pools in the complex. They are open from the beginning of June to the end of September. The price of the pool card is 6€ per adult for the length of your stay or 1€ a day. The price is paid direct to the community office at the front of the building during your stay. There is free WIFI in the apartment.

Please empty the rubbish every day as it is very hot in the summer months. There are recycle containers outside the building near the car parking area. All the parking area around the complex is free of charge.

There is at least 1 toilet roll, washing up liquid, liquid hand soap, bath rug, cleaning materials. There are 5 pillows of 70cms length.
