Small studio. Quiet relaxing views of the wild beach of Empuriabrava.

Fully equipped kitchenette with 2 electric rings and a small fridge under the work surface. TV with Spanish and French channels. Ceiling fan in living area and blackout curtains for the balcony and awnings. Extra electric fans on request. LINEN AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE. Sheets at 5€ and towels (2 per person) at 5€ per person on request before arrival or bring your own. Security alarm optional at 20€.

There is one room for sleeping, eating and cooking. Remember this lack of privacy when booking. The single bed is smaller than a normal single bed and the mattress is thinner. It is only suitable for a young child NOT an adult.

There are communal swimming pools in the complex. They are open from the beginning of June to the end of September. The price of the pool card is 6€ per adult for the length of your stay or 1€ a day. The price is paid direct to the community office at the front of the building during your stay. There is free WIFI in the apartment.

Please empty the rubbish every day as it is very hot in the summer months. There are recycle containers outside the building near the car parking area. All the parking area around the complex is free of charge.

There is at least 1 toilet roll, washing up liquid, liquid hand soap, bath rug, cleaning materials. There are 5 pillows of 70cms length.

This well equipped apartment directly overlooks the marina in Empuriabrava : the “Venice” of the Costa Brava.

The apartment, situated on the 1st floor, is very modern and accommodates 6 people.
It has a sunny outside balcony with views over the lake, the pool and the beautiful gardens, and has a private parking place for one car directly in front of the building.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is designed for 4 people within approximately 40m² without counting the balcony and the big roof-top terrace of about 18m².  There is one bedroom and there is a sofa-bed in the living room for 2 people. In the air-conditioned living room there is also a dining table and 4 chairs and big windows looking out onto a green area with trees.

The living room also allows access to a small balcony where there is also a table and 2 chairs.

A pretty wooden staircase leads you to the roof terrace of approximately 18m² where there are superb views over the mountains and the sea. There is also a table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with 4 electric hobs, a fridge, a micro wave oven, a filter coffee machine and all the kitchen equipment you need to cook and eat.

In the bathroom you have a shower, a washbasin, WC, bidet and washing machine.

There are a number of swimming pools in the complex which are available upon the purchase of a ticket (available on arrival (free for children aged less than 12 years). WIFI is also available (tickets can be purchased on arrival).
